At HTeaO, we strive to provide the highest quality iced tea and merchandise; however, due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we cannot accept returns on brewed tea or food items. For retail merchandise and apparel, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Visit the HTeaO location where the purchase was made or contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate an exchange or refund.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a credit to your original payment method or provide an exchange for an item of equal value.
